On 18 November 2025, the German Federal Government and the French Government invite media representatives to the ‘Summit on European Digital Sovereignty’ at the EUREF Campus Berlin. Please find below press information about the event, livestreams of the press conferences and social media templates.

Please note that only accredited media representatives will be admitted to the event on
- Tuesday, 18. November 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The summit will take place at the
- EUREF-Campus, Torgauer Straße 12-15, 10829 Berlin
On the day of the event, please ensure you have your online ticket, an official photo ID and your press card on hand. A press card alone is not sufficient. Only members of the press who have completed the registration process and received confirmation of participation will be granted admission to the venue.
Please note that security checks will be conducted on your technical devices.
Press conferences and livestream
Two high-level press conferences will be held during the summit:
- With the German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and French President Emanuel Macron at 17:15
- With the German Federal Minister for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation Dr. Karsten Wildberger and French Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence Anne Le Hénanff at 12:15
